Some FAQs about Upside Snacks

 

When can I place an order?

Monday through to Friday.

When will my delivery take place?

We deliver every day of the week, Monday through to Friday, and your delivery will take place within three business days.

Must I re-order when I want more snacks or is it an ongoing order?

You have the option to choose once-off orders so that you have complete flexibility to order when needed and to try different snack types. You also have the option to set up an ongoing order once a week, every two weeks or every four weeks.

How does payment work?

Your confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after you place your order. You will then have 30 minutes to check the order and let us know if anything is incorrect and needs to be amended. Thereafter, your invoice will be processed and sent to you.

Payment terms for customers who signed up before 31 August 2017 will have 7 (seven) days to pay from date of invoice.

Payment terms for customers who signed up after 31 August 2017 must pay the invoice using their client number and send proof of payment in order for the order to be processed for delivery. If paying via SnapScan we will get an instant notification.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24hrs after placing your order. If we are not notified within this timeframe your order cannot be cancelled. Your order will be delivered and charged for as it will already have been packed, processed and collected for delivery. 

How do returns work?

All our carefully packed Upside Snacks are of top quality and have a long shelf-life so we are confident that you will be happy with your order. If, however, you need to return the snack box, please keep the entire snack box aside, with all packets included, for us to arrange its collection from you. If you received a product with a quality issue please notify us within one day of receiving the product. If there is indeed a quality issue, we will arrange for a replacement (please see Ts&Cs for more detailed information). If you received something you did not order, please notify us on the day of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Why are prices subject to change, unlike the fruit boxes?

The prices are subject to change due to seasonal supply and demand. Unlike the fruit boxes, the snack range isn’t made up of only local, seasonal ingredients. The updated prices will always be those shown on the order page and the prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
